ReconCore is currently offered as private beta software. By using the Service you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Active development. Features may be added, changed, or removed without notice. UI, workflows, and data structures may evolve.
2. Bugs and inaccuracies may exist. Extraction, tie-out, balance, and reconciliation logic may produce incorrect or incomplete results.
3. Independent verification required. You will independently verify every reconciliation, Trial Balance tie-out, balance, supporting schedule, and exception before relying on it for any accounting, reporting, regulatory, audit, or business purpose.
4. No replacement for professional judgment. The Service does not replace licensed professional accounting judgment, internal controls, or independent review.
5. No warranty. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
6. Operational risk. You accept the operational risk of using beta software in your close process, including the possibility of downtime, data loss, or unexpected behavior.
7. Feedback welcome. Issues and suggestions can be submitted through the in-app feedback button.
